Stone & Music Festival 2020 Cancelled...

May 26, 2020

Due to the current health situation and in an abundance of caution, the management of the Stone & Music Festival have announced that Sting’s concert at the Albergue El Prado in Mérida on August 2, 2020 is now cancelled.

As already announced, the previously scheduled Sting: My Songs European summer tour has now been postponed to 2021. And while we are unable to reschedule the concert in Mérida at this time, the Stone & Music Festival hope to have Sting return for a future appearance.

RETURN OF TICKETS

For tickets purchased online, refunds may be requested beginning on Wednesday, 27-May day through the sales channels where they were originally purchased or on the Festival website (www.stoneandmusicfestival.com). Refunds will be issued on the same credit card that was used to purchase the tickets.

Those who bought their tickets at the festival box office must wait for the health authorities to authorize the reopening of the venue which will be duly announced. In this case, there will be no deadline to request the return.

The rest of the concerts proposed for this fifth edition of the Stone & Music Festival are currently proceeding as scheduled and will be monitored and updated in conjunction with government policies regarding the holding of massive events. Those guidelines will determine our decisions and the festival will always strictly follow all government recommendations with prudence and responsibility for the safety and well-being of festival workers, artists and, of course of the public.
