Bruno Mars, Rihanna And Sting, And Kelly Clarkson To Perform On Music's Biggest Night...

Current nominees Bruno Mars and Rihanna, as well as 16-time GRAMMY winner Sting, will join together for a special performance, and current nominee Kelly Clarkson is set to perform on the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards telecast. Sixteen-time GRAMMY winner and current nominee Beyoncé, current nominee Hunter Hayes, singer/actor Jennifer Lopez, actor Pauley Perrette, and seven-time GRAMMY winner Prince will appear as presenters.

Two-time GRAMMY winner Clarkson has three nominations: Record Of The Year (along with Greg Kurstin, Serban Ghenea, John Hanes, Jesse Shatkin, and Chris Gehringer) and Best Pop Solo Performance for "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)," and Best Pop Vocal Album for Stronger.

GRAMMY winner Bruno Mars is up for Best Rap Song for "Young, Wild & Free" (along with Calvin Broadus, Chris Brody Brown, Philip Lawrence, Ari Levine, and Cameron Thomaz).

Previously announced performers for the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards include current nominees Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert, the Black Keys, Fun., the Lumineers, Mumford & Sons, Frank Ocean, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, and Jack White, as well as Elton John and current nominee Ed Sheeran performing live together for the first time, Alicia Keys and current nominees Maroon 5, and Justin Timberlake. The Black Keys, FUN., the Lumineers, Ocean, and Sheeran will perform on the GRAMMY telecast for the first time. Previously announced presenters are nominees Carly Rae Jepsen and Katy Perry, actor Kaley Cuoco, actor and three-time Emmy winner Neil Patrick Harris, five-time GRAMMY winner Faith Hill, three-time GRAMMY winner Tim McGraw, and four-time GRAMMY winner Keith Urban. Two-time GRAMMY winner LL Cool J returns as host of Music's Biggest Night.

The 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards are produced by AEG Ehrlich Ventures for The Recording Academy. Ken Ehrlich is executive producer, Louis J. Horvitz is director, and David Wild and Ken Ehrlich are the writers.

The 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards will take place live on Sunday, Feb. 10 at Staples Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcast in high-definition TV and 5.1 surround sound on the CBS Television Network from 8–11:30 p.m. (ET/PT). The show also will be supported on radio worldwide via Dial Global, and covered online at GRAMMY.com and CBS.com, and on YouTube. The Back To Bass tour will return to Russia this summer! On July 21, Sting will perform at the Tatneft Arena in Kazan, followed by a concert in Samara at the Palace of Sport on July 22. He will then head to Chelyabinsk for a performance at the Ice Arena Traktor on July 24, followed by a concert at the Ice Palace in Ekatherinberg on July 25. Tickets for all concerts in Russia will go on sale tomorrow, February 8 at 10am (local time).

Sting performed a moving rendition of 'Fields of Gold' last week in Los Angeles at the memorial service for A&M Records' beloved Gil Friesen. Gil worked with Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss to make A&M Records an independent power house in the 1970s and 80s, launching The Police, Sting, as well as Carole King, Cat Stevens, Billy Preston, the Carpenters, and my favorite A&M Single of all time, 'Do You Know What I Mean' by Lee Michaels. A&M star Bryan Adams sang 'Heaven', Suzanne Vega performed a song she wrote for Gil, Herb Alpert and Lani Hall did a duet on 'I’ll Remember You'. Other guests included Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers of The Police, Sting’s manager and Gil’s friend Kathy Schenker, manager Derek Power, artist Ed Ruscha, Tom Freston, Peter Morton, and Jann Wenner...
